Bush Continues to Break Law

And with impunity.

Not content to hold American citizens indefinitely without filing charges, spy on American telephone calls, and in general act like king, President Bush has decided it’s his right to open our mail. Despite that being a blatant violation of federal law. Cue the signing statement…

The President asserted his new authority when he signed a postal reform bill into law on Dec. 20. Bush then issued a “signing statement” that declared his right to open people’s mail under emergency conditions.

That claim is contrary to existing law and contradicted the bill he had just signed, say experts who have reviewed it.

The problem is Bush Doesn’t Care. He doesn’t believe in the Law. He only believes in his divine right as a President Bush to do whatever he wants.

Let’s hope the new 110th Congress starts to do something about this lawless administration.

   Why don’t you(especially Democrats),when you make statements like Bush is violating the law,Constitition,etc., DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT…
   STEP UP TO THE PLATE…FOLLOW YOUR OATHS–YOU DID SWEAR TO UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION,FOLLOW LAWS,PROTECT THE CITIZENS OF AMERICA, DID YOU NOT???????? OR You only going to belong to the Good Ol’ Boys network, tax us to death(income taxes ARE ILLEGAL you know, right??-for most except Federales–read the code, constitution, etc.-)..you bash the Republicans, Republicans bash Democrats—only WORDS–when are 1 or more of you going to get the guts to stand up & DO SOMETHING??? Some of you voted to give Social Security to illegal immigrants, when we read every day that it is going down the crapper and all of us(baby boomers)who have paid into it for, in my case 43 yrs)may not get a penny…you all should be proud of that(not!!)..you print worthless paper money by the billions to give away to countries who hate our guts,yet police in St. Petersburg, Fl cut up homeless people’s tents because there is not housing available for those…SHAME ON YOU POLITICIANS>>>you sure as hell do not cut your salaries…you don’t say, “I dont need my pension after I leave office, do YOU??? so don’t feed me this crap…HELP YOUR FELLOW CITIZENS–Americans should come first…America should come FIRST…if foreigners do not like something here, tell them to go back to their own country, or conform to OUR ways & laws…please answer, with documentation, my question about the IRS and income taxes..thankyou
