Bush was not incompetent, the Gov of LA and the Mayor or New Orleans was. It took almost two days for the Gov of LA to allow the NG to enter her state. If you had a single clue in that noggin of yours you would know that NG units of one state cannot enter another state without the approval of the Gov of the state they want to enter. Unless they are just passing through I believe but again, I'm not sure on that bit. I'm so sick and tired of everyone pissing and moaning on how it was all Bush's fault and no one elses. Utter nonsense. Troops were on these scene in NOLA faster than they were in Florida when Hurricane Andrew hit.
