		<description>It's pretty interesting that recent polls show Granholm up slightly or just barely behind.  I think this probably bodes well for her chances.  DeVos has spent something like $10 million on TV ads, and as far as I know Granholm hasn't spent anything yet.  As someone who has worked in politics for a while, I know that if you spend that kind of dough and don't build up a huge lead, when your opponent starts spending as well, you're bound to drop.

I expect to see Granholm bounce back ahead of DeVos for good come fall.</description>
