Remember thinking that if Bush won a second term you’d just move to Canada? Well, it appears that even they are now under (compassionate?) Conservative rule.
Canadians elected Conservative Party leader Stephen Harper as their next prime minister Monday, but denied him the outright majority he would need to make any strong change in direction.
